Wojciech Skonieczny began his professional journey building residential homes in Poland, where he established a solid practical foundation in construction from the ground up. He subsequently completed a six-year technical education in construction, specializing in site management, advanced building technology, and the organization of workforce and material procurement throughout the entire construction process. Since then, Wojciech has worked extensively within the construction sector in Poland, Germany, Sweden, and Mallorca.

Having lived on Mallorca for over 30 years, he has developed deep local insight into the island's construction practices — and the recurring structural deficiencies frequently found in local properties. This combination of international experience and local expertise makes him an invaluable team member and co-owner of Mallorca Luxury Concierge.

Wojciech is also the trusted advisor many contractors and property owners turn to for guidance on construction solutions, moisture damage, and structural remediation.

Pierre Kallmyr has a solid background in construction and began his professional career as a carpenter, participating in residential building projects in Sweden and Norway. Over the years, he has developed advanced technical expertise in building technology, inspections, fire and safety assessments, and quality assurance — ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and controlled according to the highest professional standards.

Together with Wojciech, he has built strong local knowledge of Mallorca's construction conditions and the challenges frequently encountered in existing properties.

As a co-owner of Mallorca Luxury Concierge, Pierre ensures that every project is managed with structure, responsibility, and the property owner's security as the primary focus.
